Teens from the high school of the Cattca community are being taught how to dye wool with plants by a local village elder. This is the last course before school holidays.

Teens from the Catcca community are learning dye wool with plants from a local village elder. Passing on ancestral knowledge helps to revalue the cultural identity. The young people enjoy receiving the knowledge an the elders enjoy passing it on. Thanks to all of you for making it happen.

Girls from Casa Verde orphanage came to volunteer at the dog rescue shelter. It was beautiful to see how the interactions with the animals worked to teach the children the value of kindness. It made me think that even in situations where people do not have a lot of resources, preforming simple, good actions, is a way to make you feel proud of yourself, and to make you feel more happy and creative. This is the kind of experience and education that every human deserves.
