Etnikas donated a location in Lucre and funded its conversion into a Center of Education. In this space, we hold free cooking and baking courses and host workshops on legal rights and prevention of abuse. We are preparing to introduce more free courses in other disciplines like music and arts to continue empowering the locals of Lucre. We strive for our courses to embrace the diverse cultural identities of its participants, like by accommodating indigenous language speakers. We hope that as participants develop skills that set them up for success, they also connect with themselves and their broader cultural identities.
